Automated Budget Authorization (ABA) training has been developed into an eLearning course. Register for ABA Training on UNT Bridge.
This new self-paced training will continue to teach users which transactions should be corrected via an ABA and walk through entering an ABA from start to finish.

On Monday June 7th 2021, ITSS will be migrating the current portal to the new version of HR Fluid. With this migration, the way we access Cognos reports will be a little different. You will be able to access the “Cognos & Finance Reports” tile by following the attached instructions once HR fluid goes live on June 7th.

In an effort to provide the most updated information, we will be delaying the First Friday presentation originally scheduled for this afternoon. Meetings are being held today and early next week with UNT leadership regarding the remainder of the fiscal year.
Thus, we are postponing the release of the April First Friday material until Thursday (04/09) to allow time for the content/outcomes of these leadership meetings to be incorporated into the materials.

ABA Phase II went live last night, Tuesday, November 12th. Glitches identified this morning have been resolved. You may create/submit/approve ABAs now. All ABAs that were not approved by the Budget Office (meaning they were still making it through the workflow process) by COB on Monday, November 11th were reset to “Open” status. Please pull up those ABAs, Save and Validate, and Submit for Approval. ABAs submitted before go-live that were showing on worklists cannot be approved as they have been reset to “Open” status.

There were some issues with the data load on Cognos.
Cognos is being restored to the latest backup. Cognos data would be as of 8/27/19.
Only the ‘old’ reports are affected - the new FIN reports are NOT affected.
