On Monday June 7th 2021, ITSS will be migrating the current portal to the new version of HR Fluid. With this migration, the way we access Cognos reports will be a little different. You will be able to access the “Cognos & Finance Reports” tile by following the attached instructions once HR fluid goes live on June 7th.
Accessing Budget and Finance Reports from UNT System Employee Self Service (PDF with detailed instructions):
1. Go to UNT System Employee Self Service and sign in
2. Click on Employee Resources
3. Click on Budget and Financial Reports
4. This page allows you to navigate to various Budget and Finance Reports
